Mondays’s at 4PM EST starting December 18th
Let your child point, stretch, lunge and leap gracefully into this introduction to ballet class! Children 3-6 years old will follow Miss Riley’s fun and engaging teaching style. What will they be learning?
● Learn to follow direction from their teacher for basic stretching and warm-up exercises,
sing-alongs, and simple dance routines
● Execute new ballet steps each week
● Gross motor skills (ex. Gallops, chasses, tip-toe walks)
● Fine motor skills (ex. Arm shapes, flex/pointed feet, finger dexterity, directional
movement of the head
● Use concepts such as speed, height, shape, emotion, and direction to improvise
their own creative movement and have fun creating
● Learn and repeat basic French ballet terminology
Each child we be given the opportunity to show their newly learned skills and get to present for the whole class
